  • William Mascarenhas

    CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER

    William started the company in the year 1973 and over the years he has established a reputation for himself as a professional recruiter. He is a University Degree holder Majoring in Economics. He has undergone Training as a Direct Search Consultant with Core Careers, one of the leading recruiters of Canada. In addition, he has successfully completed a course in Canadian Immigration Law.

  • Keith Mascarenhas

    DIRECTOR RECRUITMENT

    Keith completed his Bachelors of Business Studies from the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. After education he moved back to India in 2005. Have almost two decades of expertise in the recruitment field during which he has travelled across India, South Asia, the Middle East and parts of Europe to recruit talent for the hospitality, oil & gas, engineering, health care and facilities management industries.

  • Anirudh Maheshwari

    DIRECTOR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT, BUSINESS PROMOTION

    An MBA in international hospitality management with finance from Les Roches International School of hotel management, Switzerland. He has two decades of experience in different segments of the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants, night clubs and hotel supplies. His work as a teaching assistant with the Les Roches School has given him the ability to train and guide junior and senior staff in their career paths.

  • Milan Patil

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1978 and completed his LL.B in 1981. In 1982, he earned a Diploma in Business Management. While pursuing his law degree, he joined a recruitment firm in Mumbai in 1978/79. Later, he relocated to Oman and established an international recruitment firm that hired workers from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Uganda. He was actively involved in the Middle East countries until 2016. In 2016/2017, he joined Royal Consultants Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, where he currently serves as Managing Director. Throughout his career, he has extensively traveled to Gulf countries for business promotions and client meetings.

  • Subramanian

    GENERAL MANAGER

    He started his career with Turner & Morrison in the year 1979 and has been in the recruitment business ever since. After stints with a couple of other recruitment agencies, he joined Royal Consultants in the year 1990 and has been proudly associated with Royal Consultants, a pioneer in the recruitment industry. He has been handling all activities across the spectrum such as compliance matters, interview arrangements including travel, hotel, logistics, deployment, communication with both clients and candidates, visa stamping, Business Development, completion of Government formalities, and more.

  • Ali Shokat

    VP - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    An accomplished MBA in the hospitality industry with over 24 years of international experience in FMCG and HR recruitment, specializing in strategic planning, business development, process optimization, and customer relations. Known for exceptional leadership and a proven track record of successfully completing projects that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
